EchoedSelves

EchoedSelves is a mixed reality free-dance experience where your movements generate an alien echo: a shifting, geometric entity that you can move with. 

It invites users to rediscover their bodies through play, motion, and reflection, while opening a shared space to explore otherness and connection. 

EchoedSelves was created by an interdisciplinary team of three collaborators: Edda Mia Löhr, Z. Burcu Kaya and Stefano Max, bringing together backgrounds in theory, movement, spatial design, and immersive media.

EchoedSelves has been exhibited publicly in several contexts in 2025, allowing diverse audiences to experience and interact with the work:
